Consumers may raise complaints with us at support@eudigipass.com. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
EUDigiPass generates Digital Product Passports from information supplied by the manufacturer or exporter. We check the format and structure of that data; we do not independently audit or certify the accuracy of the underlying claims, and we are not a conformity assessment body. Certificates should be verified directly with the issuing certification body. The compliance score shown in the product measures how complete a passport is against our own checklist — it is not a legal determination of ESPR compliance.
