Buying houses and sourcing agents

You sit between the EU brand’s requirements and the actual factory floor. Next 90 days: start passing specific data requirements down to suppliers now, rather than waiting for a brand’s formal request — vendors who are already DPP-ready will be easier to place orders with than ones who need months of onboarding.

Mills, dye houses, and job-work units

You may never deal with an EU buyer directly, but your data is still part of every passport built downstream. Next 90 days: be ready to formally share batch-level process and chemical-use records with the exporters who use you — informal, verbal tracking is the most common gap found during supply chain mapping.

Compliance and QA teams

You need a single source of truth, not certificates scattered across email threads and shared drives. Next 90 days: consolidate existing certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, BCI) and link each one to the specific batches it actually covers.

Founders and leadership
